WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!!!

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your garments and the shipping options you choose. Shipping timeframes can be found on the shipping page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many garments we sell are based on weight and will be rounded up to the next full pound in order to comply with the policies of the shipping companies we use.

RETURN POLICY

During this Pandemic in the response to Covid-19 there are NO RETURNS.

To ensure the health and safety of our clients and our team, we are not accepting returns or exchanges.  All sales are final, so please make you purchase carefully. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Once items have been confirmed as shipped STEPHEN GOUDEAU is not responsible for loss, damages, or delays.

All sales are final. Refunds are not permitted. Please make sure to order the correct size.

No exchanges, returns, or refunds on custom items.

Important:  We ask that you order the correct size when placing an order. If your measurements do not correspond with our size chart we highly recommend custom sizing.

REQUEST FOR LOANS

All samples that are on loan from the STEPHEN GOUDEAU Showroom are expected to come back in the same condition as borrowed. If an item comes back damaged the borrowing party is responsible for paying the full retail price of the item borrowed. A credit card is mandatory to be placed on file for all loans. All loans are only allowed a time period of two weeks. If an item needs to be borrowed longer an email needs to be sent and approved by STEPHEN GOUDEAU
