Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Stephen Goudeau.  We ship all of our orders via FedEx and you will receive a tracking number once your order ships.  Please note: Once you receive your tracking number please allow between 24-48 hours for the FedEx site to update.   

Shipping timeframes and rates depends on the following:

• Garment availability
• Weight of package (rounded up to the nearest full pound)
• Shipping options available in your area

Return Policy

• All sales are final as we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
• Once an order ships, we are not responsible for loss, damages or delays.
• We are not responsible for incorrect measurements or incorrect sizes. Please refer to our size chart before placing an order.

Garment Loans 

• We offer garment loans for up to two weeks.
• All garments should be returned in its original condition.
• If we receive a damaged garment, the borrowing party will be responsible for cleaning fees or the full retail price if damage is permeant. 
• Credit Card required for all garment loans.
